the Company shall hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009 on
April 23th, 2009 at SuntowersBuilding-B, 39th floor, Meeting Room 123
Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road, Khwaeng Chomphon, Khet Chatuchak, Bangkok to consider
various agenda specified.
The Notice of the General Meeting of Shareholders No.1/2009 and its support
documents are posted on the website www.thantawan.com under "Investor
Relation" starting March 20 th, 2009.Such Notice of the General Meeting of
Shareholders, the Annual Report of 2008 and Proxy form will be sent by
registered mail to shareholders whose names are on the Shareholders
RegistrationBook on the April 3rd 2009.
