Filing of Reviewed Financial Statements for Q3 2009 and 2008

Enclosures :Reviewed Financial Statements and the Auditor's Review Report for the 3rd Quarter of 2009 and 2008 The Board of Directors Meeting No. 11/2009 of Thantawan Industry Public Company Limited which was held on November 12, 2009 had approved the Reviewed Financial Statements for three-month and nine-month period ended September 30, 2009. The Company's net profit for the 3rd Quarter was reported at Baht 25.38 million increased by Baht 21.72 million or 593.34% from the same period last year which was recognized profit of Baht 3.66 million. As the difference was more than 20%, the Company, therefore, would like to clarify as below - 1. Sales revenue for this period was recorded at Baht 279.50 million increased from the same period last year by Baht 31.53 million or 12.71%. 2. Cost of Sales was also increased Baht 13.60 million or 6.93% but it's getting up in a lower ratio as compared to the Sales revenue due to higher production efficiency and being able to control the cost in line with our target. 3. The company has realized Gain on foreign currency exchange for this period of Baht 0.87 million increased by Baht 10.73 million from last year which was recognized loss of Baht 9.86 million Please be informed accordingly.
