Enclosures : Thantawan Industry Public Company Limited's Audited Financial
Statement Year 2009
The Board of Directors Meeting No. 1/2010 of Thantawan Industry Public Company
Limited which was held on February 18, 2010 had approved the Financial
Statements for the year ended December 31, 2009 and 2008. The Company's net
profit for the year was reported at Baht 65.09 million increased by Baht 54.41
million or 509.45% from the last year which was recognized profit of Baht
10.68 million. As the difference was more than 20%, the Company, therefore,
would like to clarify as below -
1.Sales revenue for year 2009 was recorded at Baht 1,028.42 million increased
from the year before by Baht 59.20 million or 6.10%.
2.Cost of Sales was also increased Baht 2.53 million or 0.32% which went up
in a lower ratio as compared to the Sales revenue due to higher production
efficiency and could control the cost in line with our target.
3.Reversal of allowance for inventory devaluation to other income amounting
of Baht 7.67 million.
