Thantawan Industry Joins "Khaya Kamphra On Tour" Initiative to Turn Waste into Value

Thantawan Industry Public Company Limited (THIP) continues to advance its environmental commitment by participating in "Khaya Kamphra On Tour" (Orphan Waste On Tour), a collaborative waste management program organized by the Nakhon Pathom Provincial Office of Natural Resources and Environment in partnership with Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited and the "Somboon Sai Green" environmental community page.

The event brought together 21 organizations from the public, private, and education sectors, along with 51 members of the public, demonstrating strong cross-sector collaboration on waste management. Participants brought various types of waste for proper sorting and processing, collecting a total of 3,912.7 kilograms.

The program focuses on "orphan waste," materials that are difficult to recycle or lack a conventional disposal channel, and provides an appropriate pathway for managing them. By encouraging proper waste separation and handling, it raises awareness of resource efficiency and promotes greater public participation in environmental stewardship.

THIP's participation reflects the company's ongoing efforts to integrate environmental responsibility into its operations and to strengthen collaboration with government agencies, businesses, educational institutions, and local communities.
